One of lifes little treats is a plate of wings smothered in Franks buffalo Sauce (ok so I cant take it too hot!!!), biggest problem is I am not allowed a fat fryer, something about cholesterol!! So i got myself a tefal actifry which apparently is acceptable?!?!!? Thankfully it crisps up the wings nicely and to top it off i got hold of some French's blue cheese sauce which is pretty dam good! Perfect finger food while watching the Aussies Beat the lions while the wife tells me that we are supposed to be doing something on our 10th wedding anniversary???
