Duck breast
Duck breast dry brined,smoked and reversed seared. Served with grilled root veg and raspberry and chili chutney. Amarone wine to wash it down. All good

Try using an online picture hosting service and posting the links, something like photobucket works well.
Interesting idea of dry brining, presumanly a similar technique to curing bacon but for a shorter time?
