Hi All!
I'm 27 and have loved consuming BBQ food for many years. Finally bought myself a Weber kettle BBQ so I can grill and smoke myself.
Had a brief trial last weekend, and it was pretty average... must have got something wrong! Anyway, you'll see me in and around this forum asking a whole manner of stupid questions!
