Hey everyone. Not new to bbq's but deciding to turn it up a notch. Usually grilling but having been given a Smokey Joe with the side vents last year, I started looking into why it didn't give enough heat. That led me onto the mini WSM and various forums, mainly stateside until I came across this one! So here I am.
I going to be buying the Weber OTP 57cm grill in a couple of weeks for grilling duties, then will look at turning the Smokey Joe into a mini WSM. That is, if I can find the right sized pot! I have also thought of having a chat with a local metal fabricators and see if they could make something up.
