Maverick Temperature Probes, Or Not

Post by smokewoodshack »

I am looking at buying a temperature probe and have been reading lots of articles on the Maverick temperature probes. I am wondering why everyone raves about them when there seem to be lots of issues regarding water ingress, broken probes etc. On amazon there are hundreds of complaints regarding the maverick probes. So I am totally confused, I take it there are no other better options 8-) ?

Same here I really want one but dont no which to buy thinking about the et733 because I have read that with this new model all the bugs have been fixed and having two probes will be a lot better. Just trying to get one sent to the uk for good money is proving to be hard work

I've got two Maverick ET732s, I use one with 2 food probes and 1 with 1 food and one grill probe, I've never had any problems apart from the wireless range not being quite good enough when I go to bed.
