Hi All,
Have a Classic KJ - would like to do a BBQ feast for some friends visiting from overseas
Happy doing 3-2-1 ribs but would like to add some pulled pork and maybe brisket into the mix (as well as sausages because I love em)
Now how would you mix it all up as part of the same cook?
I am thinking pulled pork/brisket first followed by the ribs then pull off all the low and slow and ramp the temps up to volcanic for burgers/bangers
About right?

I reckon Brisket and Butt on early doors, about 6 hours later foil B and B and put Ribs on (3-2-1) after 5 hours ish take all off and into a cool box to rest. Heat up and go direct and finish ribs off as well. Sure someone will correct me if wrong.

thanks - very helpful
done 6 hours for ribs - looks like it will be like running a double marathon adding pork shoulder and brisket!
Not sure if I have the patience for the super long cook - supposed to be a holiday after all

Ah-ha! If you crack your first beer when you light it it'll still feel like a holiday!!
