Hi
For years I've been a traditional open bbq enthusiast, but recently started looking into slow cooking/smoking. I originally look at The Big Green Egg bbq's but simply couldn't afford one so went for a Weber Mastertouch.
I'm based in Reading and looking forward to learning the art of low and slow...especially ribs!
