Hi all,

New to the forum and to gas BBQs!
Just bought an Outback Spectrum... but to be honest struggling with it a bit.

Looking forward to getting some tips on the forum to get me going... and who knows I might even be good enough to share my own tip one day ;)

Maybe check these guys out, they often have demos and weekend classes.... Oh and a boys dream for all things BBQ
