Cactus Jack 16" Smoker

Hi All,
I have inherited a CJ 16", I have no instructions or guides, I can't find any on the internet either......

Does anyone have any links to any or know where I can find some??

Just want to know what does what, and do's and don'ts....

Basically what you've got is a decent offset smoker, you put hot coals or sticks of wood into the fire box and control the air flow/temperature with the slider on the end.
