Well it has finally arrived, day 1 of the Royal Invitational contest, the lead up has been good, we are pretty much set up and ready to roll. Will post later and let you know how we are getting on.

Its 12:30 Brisket and Pork been on a few hours, ribs on at 7 and chicken 8ish, time for a few hours sleep/......

Pain in the neck always turning up at the wrong times ie when trying to box up our brisket LOL
