"Louisiana Grills" Brand Pellets

Post by Chris__M »

I know Jackie is developing a source of local pellets, and is also hoping to have fruit woods available sometime. That will be excellent.

In the meantime, does anyone know about "Louisiana Grills"? I've found their pellets on sale here, the price looks reasonable, and they seem to have a range, including apple and cherry "flavours" (by which I assume they are mostly a common wood, like Alder, with a bit of the fruit wood mixed in).

Their pellets will probably come from a similar source to other US brands, the advantage is the choice of woods which is somewhat restricted here at the moment.

Chris

I have looked at these as well to experiment with but was unsure if they were the same size pellet as the ones I got from Jackie. I didn't want to buy them and have them jam up the auger.
