Hi, I managed to get as close as possible to a proper Boston butt from my local butcher rather than a tied up rolled shoulder. Let me know what you guys think if it .

Tried to upload files after a few resizes to get them uploaded it's now saying limited reached.

Hi Steven, here's how I post pictures; I use imgur.com as a (free) file host. It can resize them for you.

Then use the 'Img' button above the reply box and paste the image url between them. I usually right click on the picture I want to show and select 'copy image location'.

It should look like this:
