My 2nd pork Butt, cooked this one to 200 , Injected with championship injection and rubbed with Bad Bryans Butt Rub :-)

Fell apart and tasted amazing

I meant to say I started cooking at 2.45am and it was ready at 7.45PM. It took forever but tasted amazing, I may try foiling the next time.

Good job there. Fooling will speed things up and give more consistent results, the bark will be soft but for most that isn't an issue.

I will certainly try foiling 17 hours is way to much for a pork butt

That's dedication. I'd be foiling all the way.
You can always unfoil for the last couple of hours to crisp up again.
