sweet potato and marshmallows

sweet potato and marshmallows

Bake your [orange] sweet potatoes in your smoker until caramelized and soft.Allow to cool a little an remove skins. Mash with butter.Dissolve some demerara sugar and ground cinnamon into some freshly squeezed orange juiceand whisk in. Place in baking dish and top with pink and white marshmallows in a checker board pattern. Place in oven or smoker until marshmallows are toasted. Delicious with smoked turkey.
