On the rare occasion I am not smoking a giant chunk of animal, I can generally be found seeking out the best BBQ in and around London & New York, so any questions or recommendations are most welcome!

Just a quick hello and introduction! Although I registered here back in 2012, this is my first post. Since then, I've been smoking (and occasionally grilling) on a Weber One-Touch 57cm Kettle here in sunny Essex. However, although I've been producing very good barbecue on this, I finally took the plunge and invested in a Weber Smokey Mountain 57cm this week and will try and share experiences and recipes on it, and hopefully learn a bit from you more experienced users! Today was spent seasoning it, in preparation of trialling a nice looking cabrito goat shoulder tomorrow, as well as a featherblade.
