My briskets have gone for a similar amount of time and are wrapped and resting in the cool box.

The point seems too small though... gonna be hardly any meat on this



Tasted nice, for my first brisket, next time my rub will just be salt and pepper I think. I love the taste of beef so adding sugar, paprika and chilli powder took away from that.
