I've pretty much made the complete alliance switch from griller to BBQer but the bit that I still miss often is the rotisserie...
As I am in the process of evolving my COS, I was considering adding a rotisserie to it (I have a motor and skewer from an old grill), has anyone done that and if so, are there any benefit to it without the infrared?
