Ok, whilst I mostly make things from scratch for some reason I get bored very, very quickly if I have to make a cheese sauce, don't know why, just do....anyway here is a recipe for lazy Mac 'n' Cheese...
2 tubs fresh cheese sauce (the stuff in the fresh pasta aisle)
1 block mozzarella
Cheddar
Pasta of your choice, I like the Cassrece (sp?) stuff, it's like penne that's been opened up and then folded onto itself
Gammon or ham scraps, smoked of course
Grated garlic, as much as you want
Put the pasta onto boil
Put the grated garlic and the cheese sauce in a pan and start a gentle heat
Dice most of the mozzarella and some cheddar and add this to the pan
Throw in the gammon / ham scraps
Drain the pasta
Add the pasta to the cheese sauce
Pour into a baking dish
Grate the rest of the cheese over the top
Either bake in the oven until golden and bubbling or do the same in the Q
Lazy, Lazy Mac 'n' Cheese
Got a recipe for a killer 'Slaw or some hearty BBQ beans? Maybe you make some killer ABT's or something more inventive. This is the place to post your recipes.
