Are there any folk here that make their own sausages at home?
I had a full set of sausage making gear which I sold off prior to moving to the UK a few months back. Would love a steer in the right direction for any communities that cover sausage making in the UK.
Would also love to find some like minded folk to make sausages with (I'm in the Bromley, Kent area). I was no expert, but after half a dozen runs at my place (around 40kg each time) we got pretty good at it.

I've had a dabble. Brats at the moment. Very pleased with them.
Not UK but try smoking meat forum too. Lots of sausage stuff on there.
Local food heros might have a sausage section too.

I did a sausage mailing class as part of a course in Peckham with Lap from Backyard Brummies.
Great sausage, sworn to secrecy on the recipe.
Keen to develop some of my own flavours and to nail an Andouille given that you simply can't buy it in the UK
