Hi All
My name is Brian from N.Ireland. Just got a WSM and dipping my toes in the BBQ pool. I’m a complete newbie, I hope to change that with the help from you fine folks :D

Hi Brian, I'm from NI myself. This is the first time I've logged on here for a couple of years!
