Afternoon guys,
new here but i've just bought a Charcoal Weber Go-Anywhere then took myself onto https://www.cast-iron-grate.com and bought myself a Craycort Go Grate for the WGA.
Other than the initial confirmation e-mail (which I assume is automated) I've had nothing back from them and a number of e-mails to them has triggered no response.
Has anyone had any recent dealings with these guys?
Is it possible it's now just a dormant site.
They still sell the odd item on Amazon it seems. I'm anxious to know because 1. I need to get in touch with my bank regarding the payment and 2. I really want my Cast Iron Grates.
Any info will be useful.
