Good to see there are so many people on board with the barbecue and smoking!
I've become mildly obsessed with barbecue over the last few years. I've got my tickets for Grillstock next month and for my birthday managed to get a nice Char-Broil Barbecue (Link below) from the my family from Asda of all places.
I managed to binge watch the whole of Pitmasters on netflix and now frequently get digs in the rib for my endless chat about Bark, spritzing, burnt ends etc.
I'm literally in the process of trying to smoke a joint of topside on my grill at the moment so I'll let you know in a few hours if research equal results.
