Mr Penguin (or anyone else who knows Brighton)

As you seem to be local. Where is the closest station? The paddle pier web site is not very clear.

I am not getting there until Sunday for the judging.

From the judging tent point of view Well done teams, there was some very good quality food passing over our tables. As usual a delight to judge.

A Big Well done MISS PIGGIES and Royal Q and all who managed to get through the night and the very warm Sunday.

From a personal point of view, I make my own rubs. I and my friends love them. Also I have family members who are alergic to MSG (GIves them heart palputations) so the additives are a no-no.

I have 3 gas bottles Ideas needed.

Hi Gents

Ideas needed for smokers.

I have seen several threads on Gas bottle smokers.

I have 2 19kg Propane bottles and one 13kg propane. all are currently sitting with washing liquid and water for a couple of weeks.

I think my options are:
1 long offset using the smaller as the firebox.

I had the same problem as Ben

I sent the knife back to Global, next week I had a new one!

Mine broke next to the handle next whilst cutting carrots.

There where Small Pit marks which looked like rust spots, when it snapped I could see the rust spots had started to spread beneith the surface.
