Pitmaster IQ 110

Hi,

I have a Pitmaster IQ that I am prepared to sell for £65 plus postage.

It may need a new probe (hence the cheaper price) I say "may"as it was fine during the last contest until I needed to refuel and then got some errors, this might have been an airflow issue on the Pro Q rather than a faulty ...

Re: Brands Hatch Americana Q - 8th & 9th June

Hi guys,

Can I just confirm that meat is still included and that the only extra category at the moment is chefs choice?

Just planning the season, thanks Phil

Running it on my Kamado Joe was just amazing one load of coal lasted from 11pm to 7pm the next night when I put the fire out with coals left.

Re: bookers ribs

Just picked up a box of the dragon box ribs but went for the "semi meaty" ones they were £26.99 I will check how many are in there later but they had a nice level if meat on them. Better than the really meaty ones given the extra cost and subsequent trimming.

Re: bookers ribs

The dragon box ones have more of the belly on them, it is quite a thick layer that actually needs trimming back, they do allow for better presentation.
