Are there any other suppliers people recommend?
I'm sure I found a supplier based near Reading who supply the UK BBQ Champions (also based in Reading) or something like that...unless I dreamed it which is creepy.

Re: Dual Probe Thermometer
I really want the ET-733 due to reviews and the fact it's dual probe so I can measure both meat and grill temps.
I'm so surprised there aren't more available in the UK, what do the pro bbq's use?

Now I've got my Weber I want to have a go at doing a low and slow cook for ribs.
I was going to buy some Weber Briquettes but I've read a few people saying they give off a nasty ash. Obviously I'm going to need fuel that will burn hot and for a long period which is why I'm thinking briquettes ...

Dual Probe Thermometer
Hi
I've been looking at amazingribs.com and into dual probe thermometers. I like the sound of the Maverick ET-733 but I can't find anyone in the UK selling them. I can obviously order from the US but then have to deal with customs etc.
Is there an alternative? A quality dual probe setup I can buy ...

New Weber BBQ'er
Hi
For years I've been a traditional open bbq enthusiast, but recently started looking into slow cooking/smoking. I originally look at The Big Green Egg bbq's but simply couldn't afford one so went for a Weber Mastertouch.
I'm based in Reading and looking forward to learning the art of low and ...
