Cheers Guys,
I have been putting my coals on just one side,so will try it on both sides,i presume i use the same amount of coals but just shared out between both sides.
I have bought a Superfast Thermapen,off Ebay for £28.80 delivered.Its from the manufactures,just referb models etc...quite a saving ...

A Couple of questions

Hi All
I have recently had my Weber 57cm one touch premium & done Beer Can Chicken on it twice now,both times turned out great.I used a M&S whiskey flavour wood chip.
First question is,the chickens i used were a small & a medium size both touching the lid,any advice on this? is there a part to ...

TBH,that was the way i was thinking,but just wanted to make sure i wasn't missing a trick by not getting a Pro Q.

Right then Webber One Touch....Original or Premium ?? worth the difference in price? and probably be a 57cm

Hi all
I'm new on here, i've not got a BBQ yet,but about to buy my first one.
I've seen the Webber range (One Touch) & think thats the one i want....BUT i've seen the Pro Q smokers....do you think i should start with the webber first (i fancy doing 'Beer can chicken') or get a smoker?
