I have to say I am looking forward to it as well even though this time I am just coming down to see the competition for next season but it should be really great and looking forward to all the great smells for smoking food and even just the smoking wood.

Believe me next year i will have a team together fingers crossed and the rubs and smoking just as I want it then I am there and trying to get some competitions hunger the belt and go from there. And I cant wait :D

I've been looking forward to this comp' for ages :D

Looking forward to catching up with everyone that i've not seen over the winter, chewing the fat, drinking a beer or two ;) and cooking some great BBQ (well that's what i'm hoping for)
