However, I've just done (home-made) burgers, sausages, kebabs (including a delicious chicken satay) & veggies etc so far. Oh and some baked camembert with herbs & garlic.
I really want to have a go at some low n slow style cooking and smoking. Currently thinking about doing pulled pork but I'm open to suggestions. I'd quite like to try something that's not going to take more than 3-4 hours to start with, so I'm guessing I shouldn't get a massive bit of meat. What would be a good thing to try to start off with?
