Traditional Cyder makes a great injection for Pork and is a good spritz and foiling juice IMHO. Also fantastic for thinning sauces. Best of both worlds, get to eat it and drink it Cheers Si
They sent out invoices to teams in November which had to be paid in December for both Bristol & Manchester so if you've not heard anything or had an invoice i'd guess you've not got in this year or on a waiting list.
