Hi,
I have just signed up after deciding to get a bit more serious and improve my BBQ'ing skills after picking up a webber one touch at Christmas when I seen on sale. I have always been a fan off BBQ'ing but wanting to expand the range of things I am cooking and with a new (and by all accounts very good) butchers having just opened near my house I thought might as well take advantage and try my handing at smoking meat while I am at it.
Cheers

Welcome to the forum. Smoking is surprisingly easy, and delicious, to start but you will get hooked quickly so keep coming back here to get inspired.
