I used an oxo with my brisket on Saturday, pretty good

knoor and a bit of bovril for mine today, might sling a bit of bbq sauce in too for a bit more depth.

beef stockpots, ale, Henderson's relish, marmite, Worcestershire Sauce...anything brown basically (it's how I usually make gravy as well)
