Rib rub

Post by Swindon_Ed »

I've currently got a Texan girl working out of my office at the moment who's been kind enough to share her favourite rub with me, so i thought i'd share it with you.

1 cup sugar – (200 grams)

½ cup Lawry’s salt (50 grams) (i've put another post on here for a copycat version)

¼ cup garlic salt (50 grams)

¼ cup celery salt (50 grams)

½ cup paprika (100 grams)

3 Tbsp. chili powder

2 Tbsp. black pepper

1 Tbsp. lemon pepper

2 tsp. sage

1 tsp. dry mustard

½ tsp. ground thyme

½ tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an air-tight container
