Our Anthem!!!

I've been getting bored of all the awful music we get subjected to recently, and I can't be doing with it!!!!!! Being a major fan of dance music from a very young age (i'm 31, so rave on!!!!) and a keen history nut I was naturally intrigued by early forms of this social behaviour. Looking into this ...

Re: Buffalo Ribs

Hi there was supposed to update this post with how I got on but only just realised I never did. Was a bit long ago to remember the details of the cook but ended up treating them the same as beef ribs. Cooked them at 225f but can't remember the exact time frame, ended up getting quite drunk as it was ...

Berlin

I am currently away for a few days in Berlin and was out roaming the streets as you do and stumbled across a weber store that included a grill academy, obviously I had to drag the family in to check it out. It was a really impressive show room with all of the grills, smokers and accessories that ...

Geneve - Westbourne Dorset

Also offer smoked wings with a variety of different heat levels. Got to level 4 so far and dammmmmmmm they were hot don't think I'll try ...

Re: Jacobs & Flanken Ribs - opinions?

Can confirm that Jacobs are the same as Shorties, would highly recommend giving them a go. I prefer to get them chopped individually allows more surface area for the rub and smoke and reduces cooking time.

Re: First smoker

Congratulations on your purchase, I got at 57cm WSM at the beginning of the year and its definitely an awesome smoker and definitely worth every penny. Would make sure you fire it and season it before going straight in for a cook. I have put a link below that really helped me. Its from Slap Yo Daddy ...
