Thoroughly enjoy grilling/smoking etc, and do a summer and winter BBQ for a friend who has a large gathering of 30+ people each time, and all goes well..

I know Hooters is shut, but I think someone who knows the docks area could suggest a tavern, inn or similar whereupon we could all meat.

Well its been such a long time since i posted here i almost need to reintroduce myself... lol

Am back after moving house and sorting myself out a bit.
Havent updated the page or website for ages but it will be done soon..

Gtting to grips with the ProQ too and loving it!!

Anyways, i hope to be on here more from now on....
