Thoroughly enjoy grilling/smoking etc, and do a summer and winter BBQ for a friend who has a large gathering of 30+ people each time, and all goes well..
Joined up to, and have my own page on facebook, and have had some good comments and feedback from various people... so will get some of my photos up on here soon.....

Well its been such a long time since i posted here i almost need to reintroduce myself... lol
Am back after moving house and sorting myself out a bit.
Havent updated the page or website for ages but it will be done soon..
Gtting to grips with the ProQ too and loving it!!
